Condolence: To The Gragg Children and Family, It was a total shock to me, I was listening to the news on Monday and they said a couple from Black Mt. killed in a wreck and gave their names, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It still don't seem real. I had only seen Cathy one time but I knew Bear from trading at Enmark. A lot of the drivers stopped to get coffee and goodies. Condolence: To Harold, Jr., Mavis, Monica, Tommy (Butch’s Brother) and other family members, I am so sadden and heartbroken over the news of their death. My heart goes out to you. Kathy and Butch were not only family they were good friends. I loved them dearly. We had a lot of good times together when I lived NC and ATL. Now they are gone and it saddens my heart so much. Most people don’t know that they were just here at my door on Friday before their accident on Sunday. Apparently they had come by to visit while they were here in Los Angeles and left their number for me to call. I was out of the area that weekend and returned Sunday to find their number in my door. I was totally surprised and so excited to hear from them because it had been a long time since I had the chance to spend time with them. I thought they were still in town and just at the moment I was going to call them I got the news of their death. I was devastated and couldn’t believe what I had heard, what was being said to me. It was so surreal and unbelievable. They were very kindhearted, loving, humble human beings. I will always remember them. They will truly be missed. Mavis, Monica, Harold, Jr., Tommy and family, hang in there and God will give you the GRACE to get through these difficult and heartbreaking times. May the blessings of God be upon you. Condolence: I worked with Kathy, at SAMS. She was a wonderful person. Sometimes when I needed it, she'd take me from SAMS to Grove Park Inn, where I worked overnight. I praise God for the priviledge of knowing her for the brief period I did.

Condolence: Dear Harold, Monica and Mavis, I worked with your mother at First Union for several years. We also went to Owen High School, but she was a year ahead of me. She and I were good friends at work and I could always count on her. Kathy always talked of you with pride (sometimes, a little aggravation) but she loved you. I know your parents were always there for you and supported you in your endeavors. Kathy seemed to "light up" when she saw someone she knew in Sam's Club. She always wanted to talk about family.
