Eula Mae Lavender, 90, of Black Mountain, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014.
Mrs. Lavender was born April 14, 1923 in Henderson County to the late John and Ida Marlowe Taylor.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Lavender; and three sons, Randy, Taylor and David Morris.
Eula is survived by her son, Gerald Morris; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals with the Revs. Allen Dawson and Byron Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Bald Mountain Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home.
