Bonita Bartlett, 73, of Black Mountain, passed away January 23, 2015.
She was born September 22, 1941 to the late Lacy D. and Mildred Stanfield Howell. Bonita enjoyed life, friends and family. She was a member of East Black Mountain Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bartlett; and brother, Steve Howell.
Bonita is survived by her sons, Mike Bartlett and wife, Dana, Randy Bartlett and wife, Theresa, and Roger Bartlett.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, January 26, 2015 at 2:00 pm at East Black Mountain Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Sprinkle officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the church.
