Bobby L. Hunnicutt, 86, of Asheville, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015.
Mr. Hunnicutt was born December 14, 1928 in Buncombe County to the late Horace and Reta Hunnicutt. Bobby retired from Asheville Waste Paper with over 40 years of service. He was a member of Aaron Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Jeanette Williams.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Doris Crompton Hunnicutt; sister, Thelma McMahan “Buzz” of Asheville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Aaron Baptist Church with Rev. Joshua Ingle officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
Burial will be in Bethel Church Cemetery.
