Phillip Nathan Carter, 35, of Swannanoa, passed away April 12, 2016.
He was a loving man who will be missed by all who knew him.
Phillip is preceded in death by his father, Richard Carter; and brother, Derrick Carter.
Phillip is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Ballew; step father, Terry Lee; daughters, Mallory Foxx, Stephanie Carter, Natalie Carter, and Latasha Styles; brother, Lee Hart; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Calvary Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Frank Cantrell officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm prior to the service at the church.
Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
