Condolences

Condolence From: Prayer Partner, Jodie
Condolence: Dear Josh,
Today I learned you are forever in the care of Jesus. My heart joins in sadness with those who love you so, for the loss that is felt - but I rejoice for you – for your nearness now to Jesus.

To a parent, it can feel like just a ‘blink’ ago their child came into this world. You Josh, a beautiful son were given as a most cherished gift from our Lord and Savior to your devoted Mother. He gave you to her to be raised in the knowledge of Him, and His love. This, she most certainly did - as evidenced by the things you loved and the things you accomplished. Although I never had the opportunity to meet you in person, I was introduced to you through conversations with your mom, as she would recall her cherished time raising her son. When I met your mom you had already left home to pursue your dream of working as a Police Officer and had been serving your community for several years making many friends along the way. We were both filled with joy as she recalled to me sweet memories of things you and she did together through the years. I loved that as a young child she taught you about Jesus and the Bible and as you both would memorize Bible verses you and she would challenge each other on verses memorized, and also, how she taught you from the guiding perspective of a loving Mother, the important life lessons about being a loving Father, and family man.

Today, we lay our prayers for you at the feet of Jesus, for the Lord has you forever in His care. May your family be comforted now and always knowing the Lord is with them as He is also with you. He is the light unto our path, The Way, The Truth, and The Life.

Condolence: Josh, you were more than a cousin, you were my brother, we always had so much fun when you came to visit and always looked forward for your next. I remember running around at Grandma and Grandpa Kings house, especially for Thanksgiving, and you and me and Mindy sitting in the kitchen at the kids table and my mom and your mom thinking it would be funny to put a sticker on each of our plates and saying that who ever got the sticker gets to do the dishes, and of course it was the 3 of us. They thought it was so funny. I hate to do dishes, I cant stand it, and mom and Aunt Beth knew that, so the 3 of us washed dried and put away dishes. I know you are in Heaven with Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Linda and Your Dad, I can only imagine the family reunion you had, seeing Aunt Linda walk and not be in a wheel chair, and I'm sure Grandma and Grandpa were so excited and I'm sure the two Tates were finally together. I'm just Imagining as Cameorn Said Josh gets to see JESUS before we do, that's so cool. I'm trying to imagine what you and all of our loved ones are able to witness, and I'm sure its more magnificent than I can even think of. I know your little ones are missing you and will continue to miss you, but you are now their Guardian Angel watching over them. I wish I could have met them, and watch your Legacy of Little Josh Tate grow up to be like you. I wish we could have had one more day on this earth with you, but, God called you home for some reason we will never know. Give everyone a giant hug for me, and I will see you in heaven.

Condolence: Josh will be missed by so many family and friends because of his outgoing personality. Josh you were the delight that God gave to your mother and dad.

I am convinced Beth that although Randy and Josh had their demons to deal here on this earth they both continued to love you deeply.

Remember you are still a part of the KING family.
