Alicia Stewart Allen, 33 of Black Mountain, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016.
Alicia was born June 25, 1982 in Maryland to Sammy Stewart and Peggy Stewart. She enjoyed turtles, cooking, food, organizing and cleaning, shopping, and traveling to the beach. Alicia had a wonderful sense of humor and loved making her family smile. She loved life, family and friends. Alicia loved to “love”. She touched so many lives and will be missed by all who knew her.
Alicia is preceded in death by her brother, Colin Stewart; maternal grandparents, Charlie and Ruby Logan; and paternal grandparents, Samuel and Faye Stewart.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 3 ½ years, Jared Allen; brothers, Christian and Ryan Stewart; father and mother-in-law, Charles and Sharon Allen; brother and sister-in-law, Justin and Tiffany Allen; nephews, Carson and Brantley; and dogs, Kimbo and Sadie.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held Friday, April 15, 2016 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in the Chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals.
