Obituary for Aaron D. Edwards
Aaron Edwards, 49, of Black Mountain, passed away January 13, 2023.
Aaron committed his life to Christ at a young age and was baptized at Second Baptist Church in Lafayette, GA He was a unique person in this world and always did things his way. Aaron was an extremely hard worker who excelled in everything he attempted! He was a wonderful, smart, handsome man that loved BIG!
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Col. Alan Edwards and Cheryl Burgess Edwards; mother of his children, Kristi Edwards; daughters, Sarah Edwards and Emily Edwards of Hendersonville, NC; sons, Adam Edwards of Gastonia, NC and Andrew Edwards of Hendersonville, NC; sister, Susie Julian (Jon) of St. Simons, GA; brothers, Ryan Edwards (Dena) of Old Fort, NC and Austin Edwards (Kiersten) of Swannanoa, NC; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of Aaron’s life will be Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 1:00pm at Graham Chapel in Monreat.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Christ Community Church, 396 Geneva Place, Montreat NC 28757, for completion of The Station, a youth ministry building in Black Mountain.
