Billy Ray Campbell, 65, of Asheville, went home to be with the Lord and his mother on May 21, 2021. Billy was a loving brother who cared deeply for his family and will be greatly missed.

Billy is survived by his siblings, Randy Campbell, Kathy Messer (James), Michael Campbell (Mary), and Phyllis Bowers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 2:00pm at The Place Fellowship Church in Fairview.
