Obituary for Brenda English Osteen
Brenda English Osteen, 63, of Old Fort, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 25, 2022.
Brenda was born May 2, 1959 in Buncombe County to the late Lewis and Frances English. She was known for her cooking and baking skills, as well as her contagious laugh, smile and southern accent. She loved her family and Kearfott work family dearly and will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Joey English; sister, Crysta “Chris” Branch; and granddaughter, Delaney Burns.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Brandy Ricker (Allen), Vanessa Marlowe (Matt) and Amie Greene (Aaron); sister, Monecca Pittman; grandchildren, Briana Burns, Kelsey Burns, Trenton “Gage” Osteen, Riley Ricker, Matthew Marlowe, Ella Marlowe, Henry Marlowe, Ray Greene, Paul Greene, Emma Greene, and Darla Greene; great grandchildren, Dakota and Carolina Wood; and companion, John Seward.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Harwood Home for Funerals and Cremation Services. A celebration of life service will immediately follow at the funeral home.
