Obituary for Clayton J. Hipps
Clayton J. Hipps, 88, of Campobello, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 5, 2022.
Clayton was born April 27, 1934 in Madison County, NC to the late Clyde and Hattie Hipps.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by the mother of his children, Lois Hipps; and his son, Jonathan Hipps.
Clayton is survived by his wife, Arlene C. Fowler; children, Angie Hipps-Lundy and Kenny Hipps; stepchildren, Rhonda Crow, Randy Searcy and Brian Atkins; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 9:30 to 10:30am at Harwood Home for Funerals and Cremation Services. A graveside service will immediately follow at 11:00am at Mountain View Church Cemetery.
