David Horace Brandon, 68, of Black Mountain, passed away January 2, 2021. He was born on January 8, 1952 in Buncombe County, NC to the late Lawrence Jessie Brandon and Ruth Deaver Brandon. He loved being with family and friends. He enjoyed walking around Lake Tomahawk and fishing in Black Mountain and was a lifetime member of the NC Wildlife Commission. He enjoyed watching every kind of wildlife and sports. He was a member of the Black Mountain Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Kerry D. Brandon.

Surviving are his brothers, Ronald L. Brandon, Portland, Or., and Kevin D. Brandon (Arlene) in Black Mountain and several nieces and nephews.
