Obituary for Debbie L. Jones (Smith)
Debbie Smith Jones, 55, of Black Mountain passed away Friday, January 22, 2021.
Debbie was born July 7, 1965 in Buncombe County. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Debbie enjoyed working with her sister, Mary at An Elegant Touch professional cleaning services and attending her church at Fairview Baptist. Debbie loved listening to music and shopping online. She had a heart for missions and was quick to join in to help meet the needs of others.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruby Swink; brother-in-law, Tommy Anderson and niece, Sherri Swink.
Debbie is survived by her children, Amanda Lance and Daniel Mathis and Tyler and Jamie Smith; siblings, Steve Austin, Jimmy Swink, Ricky and Betty Reeves and Mary Anderson; grandchildren, Tony, Nevaeh, Alaysia, Braylon, and Rylin and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals & Cremation Services.
Burial will be in Nesbitt’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
