Obituary for Donald Reese
Donald Reese, 59, of Black Mountain, went home to be with the Lord on September 21, 2020.
Donald was born August 21, 1961 and was a graduate of Charles D. Owen High School where he was a standout athlete. Donald was a truck driver and worked most of his life in the family owned trucking company, Reco Transportation. He enjoyed spending time with family and his granddaughter, Katelyn.
Donald is preceded in death by his mother, Judy Sawyer Zinsser; and son, Daniel Adam Reese.
He is survived by his father, Dan Reese (Yvonne); siblings, Terry, Todd, Duane, Debbie, and Daniel; granddaughter, Katelyn Elise Reese; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 25, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00pm in the chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals & Cremation Services.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 11:00am at Tabernacle United Methodist Church Cemetery.
