Elizabeth grew up primarily in Charlotte, NC and attended Central High School, staying in touch with classmates for over 70 years, especially her “Birthday Girls.” She graduated from Women’s College (now UNC-G) with a degree in education. Later, she graduated from UNCC with a Masters in Education. Elizabeth was a passionate educator and reader.
