Fran was such a beautiful soul. She worked so hard as Blue Ridge District United Methodist Women President. My life has been enriched by having had the opportunity to work with her on the executive team. I am so thankful I got to be a part of her Special Mission Recognition presentation recently. My prayer is for comfort for Frank and her daughters. Lucy Earls

Fran was a dynamo. I always enjoyed our time together at United Methodist Women executive meetings and events. She will be missed very much. We spent time together talking about how we could serve our UMW districts. Fran was very caring and was good about sharing her knowledge and ideas. Debbie Ray
