Obituary for Frank G. Kissell
Frank G. Kissell, 84, of Black Mountain, passed away on January 23, 2023.
Frank was born in Norwood, MA and retired from Raytheon Company and continued his career with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was a member of the Carlisle Colonial Minutemen where he participated in reenactments of Revolutionary War battles.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 59 years, Diane J. Kissell; sister, Geraldine Russo (William); and numerous close friends.
A funeral mass will be held at a later date.
