Obituary for George Homer Randolph
George Homer Randolph was born on February 25, 1934 in Swannanoa and his ashes will return to these beautiful mountains. He was the youngest of 8 children and was bright and hardworking. George graduated from Rice University in 1958 and owned his own office furniture business in Houston for over 50 years. He was reunited with his family on June 27, 2022.
He leaves behind his wife over 40 years, Janet Thompson Randolph; children, John Randolph, Cameron Randolph, Amy Randolph, and Lora Randolph Mander; and grandchildren, Lennox and Phaedra Mander, Suzanne Randolph Stowe, and Madelyn Randolph Tackett; and great grandchildren, Ella Stowe, and Ben, Will and Cecilia Tackett.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 1:00pm at Christ Community Church Montreat, Graham Chapel.
