Obituary for Gerald Dean Ledbetter
Gerald Dean Ledbetter passed away peacefully on December 7, 2020.
He was born on January 17, 1941. A graduate of Western Carolina University, he initially taught school. Later, he became a franchised Snap-On Tool dealer. He served on the Broad River Fire Department board for a number of years and was a respected member of the community. He will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Jeff; daughter, Susan; two grandchildren, Jake and Hannah; brother, Jack Ledbetter; and special family friend, Paula Kelley.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
