Obituary for James William Davis
James William Davis, 82, of Black Mountain passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023.
Mr. Davis was born February 11, 1940 in Buncombe County to the late James W. Davis, Jr. and Faye Lee Davis.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Cecil Eugene Davis and grandson, Joshua Adam Treadway.
James is survived by his wife, Pearl K. Davis; daughters, Elaine Roland (Mike), Teresa Burleson (Johnny), Debbie Moore (Barry), and Beth Treadway (Randy); 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two nieces and five nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
