Obituary for Jeane Manning Yontz
Jeane Manning Yontz, 88, of Asheville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 9, 2021.
Jeane was born September 1, 1932 to the late Mitchell and Ethel Manning. She and her husband, Jack, lived in Florida for many years and then moved to Asheville where they helped establish Emmanuel Full Gospel Church. Jeane was a loving mother and a Godly woman who loved to sing. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Yontz; sister, Annette Manning Ogle; and great granddaughter, Lindsey Brooke Bowser.
Jeane is survived by her children, Michael Woodby (Janis) and Debbie Woodby; brother, Wade Manning (Lucille); granddaughters, Shannon Woodby Reese (Brandon), Erin Woodby Stamey (Trent), and Amanda Woodby Case (Stephen); great grandchildren, Ava Reese and Jack Roach; and numerous cousins.
A private graveside service will be held by the family at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 11:00am at Emmanuel Full Gospel Church, 11 Broadview Drive, Asheville, NC.
