Obituary for Peter Hamilton Mohrfeld
Peter Hamilton Mohrfeld, 88, died peacefully on August 25, 2020 at Givens Highland Farms. He was born on June 20, 1932 in Camden, NJ to the late Howard Mohrfeld and Anne Bear.
A graduate of Brown University and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, he also served in the Army. Peter spent most of his career with the Gillette Company, where he worked in Boston, New Orleans, Italy, Spain and Mexico.
He was happiest on the water and enjoyed sailing, motorboating and fishing. He also liked travel, snow skiing and motorcycling.
Peter is survived by his two daughters, Lynne Mohrfeld of Pittsboro and Katie Ross of Black Mountain.
