Obituary for Robert Barry Luckadoo
Robert Barry Luckadoo, 67, of Asheville passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021.
Mr. Luckadoo was born February 4, 1954 in Buncombe County to the late Grady and Nellie Garwood Luckadoo. Barry was employed for many years with Black Mountain Chevrolet.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Chad Luckadoo and grandson, Ayden Luckadoo.
Barry is survived by his wife, Nancy Tichenor Luckadoo; children, Dustin Luckadoo, Brittany Luckadoo, Christy Mayfield and Barron Woody; sisters, Carolyn Matthews and Judy Fitzgerald; brothers, Ted, Steve and Ken Luckadoo; and grandchildren, Dylan and Payton Luckadoo.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Harwood home for Funerals & Cremation Services with Rev. Stan Welch officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
