Roger Dale Norris, 77, of Asheville, passed away June 27, 2020.
Roger was born May 27, 1943 and was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County. He was a 1963 graduate of Clyde A. Erwin High School.
Mr. Norris is preceded in death by his father, Theodore Roosevelt Moore of Asheville; mother, Julia Harris Norris of Barnardsville; stepfather, James William Norris of Spivey Mountain; wife, Margaret Banks Norris of Asheville; and son, Ronald D. Norris of Asheville.
Roger is survived by his children, Alice Cole and Billy Norris; five granddaughters; nine great grandchildren.
Roger will be buried at Oak Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
