Obituary for Ruth L. Rockwell
Ruth L. Rockwell, 96, of Swannanoa passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022.
Mrs. Rockwell was born December 5, 1925 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Luther and Rachel Cassidy. Ruth was a full-time homemaker who enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Rockwell, Sr. and daughter, Patricia Ann Beckford.
Ruth is survived by her son, Richard Rockwell (Diana) of Swannanoa and daughter, Sandra L. Nash of Cincinnati, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 11:00am in the chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals & Cremation Services. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
