Tracy C. Davis “Mountain”, 50, of Black Mountain, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020 from brain cancer.
Tracy was born February 19, 1970 in Buncombe County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and collecting ginseng and ramps. Tracy was loved by everyone and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Elizabeth Davis; and maternal grandparents, Ralph and Dessie Calloway.
Tracy is survived by his father, Ransom Davis (Jane) of Black Mountain; mother, Carolyn Calloway of Black Mountain; daughter, Morgan Ann Davis of Greensboro; mother of his daughter, Melissa Davis of Greensboro; siblings, Randy Davis of Asheville, Charlene Davis of Black Mountain, and Chad Davis (Monica) of Old Fort; step brother, James Hewitt of Black Mountain; aunts and uncle, Jerry Davis of Black Mountain, Betty Davis Jones of Newport, TN, Edna Davis of Chattanooga, TN, and Dorothy DeLille of Florida; and special friend, Greg White.
A private service will be held at a later date.
