Obituary for Stanley Bradshaw Moore II

Stanley Bradshaw  Moore II
Stanley Bradshaw Moore II, 74, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Memorial Mission Hospital.
A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Eugene and Elizabeth Creasman Moore. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Yates Moore; sisters, Nancy Belle Moore, Mary Eugenia Wright and Bettie Mae Pearson.
He served during Peacetime in the USAF from 1959 to 1963. Stanley retired from Wright’s Machine and Tool in 2007. He was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church where he served as a Sunday School Teacher, usher-greeter and an encourager to everyone he met.
Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Patricia Caroway Moore; sons, Daniel Eugene Moore (Amy), Ryan Patterson Moore (Julie), and Stanley Bradshaw Moore III from a previous marriage; granddaughter, Avery Lynn Moore; brothers, Joseph Henry Moore (Inja), Stephen Anthony Moore (Barbara); sister, Steva Anne Ellington (Irvin); and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, August 10, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Trinity Baptist Church with Dr. Ralph Sexton, Rev. Allen Rash, and Rev. Davis Plemmons officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until the service time at the church.
Burial will be Monday, August 11, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with military honors conducted by the NC Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund, 216 Shelburne Road, Asheville, NC 28806.
