Viola Edwards Andrews, 96, joined her many loved ones at the great place spoken of by Jesus in John 14:1-3 on Sunday, January 18, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Austin Andrews; a precious mother, an infant daughter, and many loved ones.
Viola is survived by daughters, Delilah Maney (Paul), Glenda Helton (Bryant), and Teresa Andrews; son, James Andrews (Betty-deceased).
Her love had no bounds for her grandchildren, Kimberly Gilliland (Steve), Wendy Knihnicki (Terry), Randall Maney (Vicky), Johnny Maney, and Joel Maney (Tammy).
A very special place in her heart were her great grandchildren, Ryan Gilliland, Kendra Williams (James), Nicholas Maney, Matthew Hamlett, Ali Moore, Haley Moore, JJ Maney, and Tyler Maney.
And one of her greatest joys were her four great-great grandbabies.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 10:00am in the Trinity Baptist Church Chapel on Shelburne Rd., Asheville. Services will be officiated by Rev. Allen Rash, Rev. Bruce Robinson, and Rev. Randy Stone. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the church.
