I always like to chat with Mr Chuck when visited my dad at the home my dad passed 5/2/15 I would always speak to him when I visited dad he was a funny guy to talk to I'm sure he will be missed by family and all the Charlie wing at Nc vet home my thoughts and prayer's go to the family at this time of loss !
