Obituary for Michael Kevin Penley
Michael Kevin Penley, 57, of Black Mountain passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016.
Mr. Penley was born September 20, 1958 in Buncombe County to Max and the late Edith Penley.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his girlfriend, Carmella Shook; her son, Micah Shook and his children, Lexie and Tristan; brother, Mark Penley and wife, Linda; and niece and nephew, Heather Schoff and Chris Penley.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at Meadowbrook Free Will Baptist Church with Reverends Randy Stone and Frank Cantrell officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
