Obituary for Judy Ann Reed (Brigman)

Judy Ann  Reed (Brigman)
Judy Ann Reed, 73, of Asheville, passed away January 5, 2017.
Judy was born February 12, 1943 to the late Ary and Lillie Brigman. She took care of numerous children and was always willing to help anyone. Judy was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce H. Reed, Sr., one sister, and four brothers.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Lisa Garland (Damon); sons, Bruce “Butch” Reed Jr., and Jeff Reed; siblings, Ruth Carson, Bobby Joe Brigman (Betty), Ronald Brigman (Becky), Betty Bryson (Dennis), Barbara McGinnis (Kenneth), Phil Brigman, Donald Brigman (Gail), and Steve Gordon (Pat); grandsons, Ethan Bolick, Evan Bolick, and Ethan Garland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, January 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. Terry Duckworth officiating. Burial will be in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Monday prior to the service.
