Message: Dr. Farrior delivered my first two children in 1980 and 1981. He had such a gentle spirit. I will always remember him fondly and with great appreciation.

Message: After more than 50 years the memories of times in the Congo with Hugh and Ellen Farrior have remained with me. Beautiful Ellen was sweetness and light. Handsome Hugh seems to always having a ready laugh and the ability to lighten the tough times. Among other things, he did a marvelous job of moderating the Mission Meeting. The picture of him on the obituary page still shows the qualities that I remember. My condolences to his family. He will be missed.

Message: Hugh flew me to my first assignment at Bulape, picked up a patient at Luebo, taught me to take an xray of the broken leg at Bulape. A great and inspiring Christian.

Message: In your wake - My fond memory during your visit with Helen to our family and a walkabout in and around Soweto 15 years ago.

Message: Hugh has been such a dear friend - truly family. We miss him but are comforted by such warm memories and the knowledge of the full and generous life he lived. He has been and always will be an inspiration to us.

Message: Uncle Hugh was a Good Man. It was very clear that he had lots of Love in his heart. It was also very clear he wanted to share that love and he did share it with everyone around him. Every memory I have with him is a sweet one. I always remember him happy, laughing and laid back. I am so blessed to have him as my uncle. He led a great life and he is a great example to us all. <3
