Obituary

Jarrett Clinton Davis, 68, went home to be with the Lord on November 1, 2020 leaving his disabled, crippled body after many years of pain and suffering.

He was born November 12, 1951 in Gaston County, NC but grew up in Whittier, NC until becoming disabled and moved to Swannanoa, NC to live with his brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Marie Davis. His hobby was drawing pictures of animals and birds. He enjoyed giving them away. He was a kindhearted and loving person.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyatt and Margie Dills Davis; and brothers, Barnie, Lester and Wilford Davis.

Surviving are his brothers, Larry Davis (Marie) and Blaine Davis of Swannanoa.

Having never married or having children, he delighted in being around his nieces and nephews. He loved to kid with them and call them nicknames. They dearly loved him.

A private celebration of life service will be held by the family.

Burial will be in Barkers Creek Cemetery.

Clinton was a kind and gentle soul. He was a good neighbor and always had a smile. Enjoyed attending many church services with him up on Conley Creek. He loved the Lord. May God strengthen you Larry and Blaine during this time of loss of a loved one.
