Condolence: Such a fun first neighbor of newly married couple, I have so many wonderful memories. From testing the new kayak in her pool, to going to the doctor for Matthew's stitches, to Carol & Robin keeping Meredith safe while we went, to afternoon swims, I will always remember Phyllis.
