Condolence: Almeta, I was sorry to hear of Ray's passing. He was such a wise and kind man, I know how wise because he married you. Thanks for all times when Mother and I would come to get apples and cider. Also, I will never forget the summer I was pregnant with my son and I was craving tomatoes - the next thing I knew he brought me
a bushel box of tomatoes!!

Condolence: I can only say that this was an amazing man in my life! He only asked me to do one favor for him in the 25+ years that I knew him and that one favor dramatically changed my life! I never had the need to ask anything of him, but I would not have hesitated, because I know that he would have moved Heaven and Earth for me. I know that was lonely after Ginny died and I was so happy for him when he married Almeta! I was honored then they came to my own wedding. He had a little chat with my husband after the wedding. He said, "This is one of my young'ans. If you ever mistreat her, I will stick a knife between your ribs and swear that God called you home!" My new hubby failed to see the humor!!
